Got it, thanks for the clarification! I need to look into the data to answer this question. Note that $7M median raised on a $20M median pre-money corresponds with a ~ 26% dilution (7/27). This sounds about right for an A round, and you can assume that it’s similar for lower/higher valuation points (Series A investors usually want to get 18–25% of the company).
